Ten Times...

C+D have created a cover for Ai Records to celebrate  10 years of
existence in the electronic music industry, a truly monumental
achievement by todays standards... other contributers include,
Jason Ai for the hook up, this is now available for
pre-order (mail from the website) with an october release,

(this one says "I wanted to be a motorcycle racer" best
of luck trying to twist your eyes around it tho)

Here's some proper words...
Ai is celebrating it’s tenth anniversary by releasing a very special project
– aptly named ‘When I Was Ten’

This project, which has taken almost a year's worth of planning to come together,
features two 12”s, containing ten classic unheard tracks pulled from the vaults.

Ten is indeed the magic number here and the concept is taken one stage further;
each cover design is based around the artist's response to the question -
“What did you want to be when you were ten”?

Each of these responses have then been designed /
interpreted by ten different artists and designers.
Then lovingly hand screenprinted onto each of the sleeves sides.

There are a total of 5 versions of this double pack LP,
each with a different selection of four images from the
10 specially commissioned designs.
Each order will receive one set of these versions at random.

Musically and visually this is a very special,
an amazing way to celebrate ten years of my label.
Thanx to all of you for all your support over the last decade.

I hope you enjoy it.
