Fair thee well...

Goodbye 2009, thanks for visiting we have all really enjoyed your
company and won't quickly forget the happiness you have bestowed
upon us. If I listen closely I can still hear that iconic laugh, hear
the clipping of your calipers and see that jocular face, smiling back
at me like the worlds last filthy penny...

I'm keeping that penny,

I'm keeping it for you.

R.I.P.

A few weeks ago I went to see Jack Rose play in Dalston,
we spoke to him briefly after the show and wished him well
with future shows, massive guy, real friendly... just found out
that he's died of a heart attack at the age of 38.

Messy Progress...

free records and booze...

Met my friend Jason for a christmas drink at the Lazarides christmas
show last night, he had a copy of his new release for me, a Dalek
picture disk, pressed to show the beginning and end of each track,
clever idea, cool design...

The show was fairly good. This installation of a one legged kid at
a prosthetic leg dispenser was best in show for me... I asked 4 or 5
people working their and the closest I got to a name or title was 'it's
from someone's final year show from a couple of years back'...

well done whoever you are, dark work.

Caught The Fall at KoKo in Camden last night, great gig, funny

Repetitive Drawing...

I've been drawing this shape for as long as i can remember,
usually when I'm on the phone or some-such moment where
my mind is directed to normal human behavior. I've always kept
them and recently scanned them, gonna start giving the attention
they deserve, that's it really...

carry on.

A Planetary Music...

Me and Neil were lucky enough to get a couple of tickets to see Marshell
Allen conduct the Sun Ra Arkestra through a set at cafe oto in Dalston last
night, one of the best gigs I've ever been to, simple as that really, nice screen
printed posters for £5 signed by king wizard Marshell Allen and
trombone player Dave Davis.

The Century of the self...

This is part 1 of a 4 part documentary on 'those in power
who used Freud's theories' to achieve economic power and
control of the people, by Adam Curtis, it's a few years old
and so needs to be watched thru google video, worth it tho,
dark and quite relevant to contemporary society.

click the box.

Her cosmic Majesty as customized by Prince Far Eye Bianchi
at the opening of 'Messengers of Her Majesty's Cosmic Royal Empire'
at Concrete Hermit last night, one of the best shows that's been
on there yet... keep an eye on the web chants of Robert Rubbish
for some information regarding a Halloween requiem mass or
say-once or sacrifice or some dark drunken antics...

Questions questions...

Met Josh from LeCool at the bottom of a pint glass recently, he asked if
he could conduct an interview for one of his new ventures called
Strokeface, I said yes and here it is, use your eyes to read the words,

usually from left to right.

Tuesday gives nothing...
